Welcome to WebTech.Gh. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and outline the legal agreement regarding the IT services, web development, and mobile application solutions we provide. By accessing this website or contracting our services, you accept these terms in full.
Services and Project Scope
WebTech.Gh provides professional website building, software engineering, and general IT support. Each project requires a formal, mutually agreed-upon project scope or contract before work begins. Any changes or features requested outside the original agreement may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Payment Structure and Milestones
To protect both parties and ensure transparent project delivery, we operate on a structured, milestone-based installment payment plan:
Initial Deposit: The client is required to pay a 70% upfront commitment deposit of the total project quote before any development, design, or engineering work commences.
Final Balance: The remaining 30% final balance is due immediately upon completion, testing, and client approval of the project, right before the final live deployment or transfer of ownership files.
Non-Refundability: Deposits are non-refundable once active development work has started, compensating for developer hours, server allocations, and resource configuration.
Partner & Referral Program (Refer & Earn)
WebTech.Gh offers a 10% referral incentive under the following conditions:
Payouts are calculated as exactly 10% of the initial project contract value (excluding ongoing maintenance or third-party costs).
The referral reward is only distributed to the partner after the referred client has successfully signed their contract and cleared their 70% upfront deposit.
We reserve the right to review or cancel referral partnerships if fraud, misrepresentation, or spamming is detected.
Client Responsibilities and Content Delivery
Clients must provide all necessary business information, text content, text graphics, and branding assets required to finish the project in a timely manner. WebTech.Gh is not responsible for project delays caused by a client’s failure to deliver these materials.
Intellectual Property
Upon receiving the final 30% balance payment, all custom source codes, website layouts, design assets, and administrative access rights created explicitly for the project will be fully transferred to the client. WebTech.Gh retains the right to display screenshots or case studies of the completed work in our online portfolio for marketing purposes, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
Limitation of Liability
While we build all systems to the highest technical standards using secure frameworks, WebTech.Gh shall not be held liable for third-party hosting downtimes, external hacking incidents, or loss of business revenue resulting from the use or misuse of our digital software solutions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms.
